Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures and practical sessions in restorative dentistry.
• Develop and update course materials and curriculum in alignment with current standards and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor dental students in clinical and laboratory settings.
• Contribute to research activities and scholarly work in restorative dentistry.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and faculty activities.
• Engage in professional development and maintain knowledge of advances in the field.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Advanced training or certification in restorative dentistry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching and/or clinical practice in restorative dentistry.
• Proven track record of research and publication in restorative dentistry (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and clinical practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering online or hybrid courses.
• Previous experience in an academic setting, particularly in a leadership or administrative role.
• Active involvement in professional organizations related to restorative dentistry.
